UNIVERSO FERRARI - DYNAMIC ROADSHOW AT VILLA D'ESTE
We welcomed our guests to Villa d'Este on Lake Como for the
Ferrari Roma, Ferrari Portofino M and Ferrari F8 Tributo test drives.
Beginning the experience with a welcome reception in the rooms that have been home to aristocracy for centuries, after princesses, marquises, sultans and tsars, and which since 1873 have been the home of an elegant five-star resort, the Scuderia de Adamich drivers introduced a presentation aimed at highlighting the fundamental concepts of driving dynamics and the peculiarities of these Ferraris designed to enhance driving pleasure on the road.
The tour then began in nine cars that differed in terms of model, trim and soul - but all sharing the same twin-turbocharged eight-cylinder engine, in 620hp versions for the Portofino M and Roma, for a more granturismo spirit, and 720hp for the F8 Tributo, where the track soul is even more apparent - on the shores of Lake Como.
Despite the changeable weather conditions, those at the wheel of the Portofino M were able to enjoy the wind in their hair, thanks to the insulation provided by the seat ventilation and the wind deflector which, together with the raised windows, ensure excellent on-board comfort even at higher speeds.
On the way back, many lingered at the location - also to enjoy the spectacle of hearing from outside the roar of the engines of the Ferraris that were leaving for the next tour.
